International Branch celebrate 20th Anniversary

International Branch 20th anniversary

The International Branch celebrated its 20th Anniversary with a dance weekend from 13-16 September in Oslo, Norway.

With 85 participants from around the world, including a good number of local dancers, teachers Fiona Mackie and Jim Stott put us through our paces in the mornings and James Gray and Andrew Lyon provided wonderful music to ensure our feet stayed off the floor in class and through the evening dances.

To add some local flavour, the ceilidh on Saturday night included a demonstration of and participation in some Norwegian folk dancing.

A big thank you to the Oslo SCD Group for their support in putting the event together.
