Vlog Part Five: Chairman's Message

That is a wrap on the 2018 AGM & Conference Weekend! Thank you to all who made this a very special weekend, it was great to see so many dancers and speak with hundreds of our members.

Over 500 dancers enjoyed a weekend of dances, classes and discussions. At the meeting branch delegates voted to keep membership subscriptions at the same level. 

Retiring Chairman, Helen Russell, was thanked for her commitment and hard work over the last two years. Incoming Chairman, Andrew Kellett, said he was optimistic about the Society’s future and encouraged members everywhere to share their enjoyment of Scottish country dancing. Many thanks to all the volunteers, staff, teachers and musicians who made it such a successful event.

We also would like to thank the Bell's Sports Centre, Perth & Kinross Council and Perth Common Good Fund.
