We are a friendly group who love to dance and have lots of fun and laughter along the way, while striving to improve our standards. We are taught by a fully qualified RSCDS teacher who devises varied programmes to please and cater for dancers of all abilities from absolute beginner to the well experienced.

Our classes run from September to the end of the following May, but you may join at any time. Come along for a free introductory session to see how much you like it. We dance on Tuesdays between 7:30 pm and 10:00 pm with a short break for biscuits and coffee. We meet at the Methodist Church Hall (SK11 OBU) Cockhall Lane in the delightful village of Langley, just outside Macclesfield. The first hour is focused on a little technique and easier dances so ideal for new people. There will also be a new daytime beginners’ class starting autumn 2025.

During our dancing year we run three events - one at Christmas, our annual dance in April, and an end of season dance at the end of May. All of these with live music.

So a warm welcome awaits you! Come with a friend or partner, or on your own. All you need is a soft pair of shoes.
