On Sunday 26th April, RSCDS Sutton Coldfield held its third annual Afternoon of Dance at Fentham Hall, Hampton in Arden, Solihull. Nicola Scott has taught at all three events, with music provided by Euan Galloway initially and Leonard Brown for this event and also the previous event.
Around thirty experienced dancers arrived to enjoy with Nicola teaching some interesting and tricky dances. The second half of the event was social dancing with Nicola recapping all the dances. Leonard performed with great gusto for both halves. In between, tea and cakes were served for all to savour and devour.
Planning is already underway for the fourth Afternoon of Dance, which will be held at the same venue on Sunday, 25th April 2027. Nicola and Leonard have both agreed to participate again. A date for your diary!
