The Edina Dance Group has a long history, having had its origins as part of the Edinburgh
University Staff Club since the late 1960s.
It has moved location several times but is now based at Greenbank Parish Church, at the
corner of Braidburn Terrace and Comiston Road in Edinburgh.
We are a completely open membership and we continue to welcome new members who
have a basic understanding of Scottish Country Dancing.
We usually dance 8 dances per Club night, dancing to recorded music. All dances are called
and walked through. We occasionally dance to live music also.
We meet every Wednesday during our Terms at 7.15 to 9.15pm.
Our subscription cost is currently £4.00 per person per night.
Our dates of Terms are:
Autumn term: 18/09/2024 - 16/12/24
Spring term: 08/01/2025 - 02/04/25
Summer term: 23/04/2025 - 21/05/25
