Thursday Dances at Younger Hall 2022

During our Summer School event in St Andrews, we hold public dances in the Younger Hall every Thursday evening. These public dances are open to anyone with previous experience of Scottish country dancing and the dance programmes with accompanying cribs are available in the details below. Spectators are also welcome to soak in the atmosphere and enjoy the lively Scottish country dance music.

The Younger Hall is an iconic St Andrews University building which features a beautiful wooden sprung floor, perfect for an evening of energetic dancing. There is also a viewing gallery upstairs. 

Tickets for these events are only available on our website and we recommend booking early for these incredibly popular dances!*

Music will be provided by Jim Lindsay and His Scottish Dance Band.
