Outreach Strategy Volunteer – We’re Looking for a Member with Spark!

Do you love Scottish Country Dancing and want to help more people discover just how enjoyable, social, and energising it can be? The RSCDS is launching new outreach initiatives, and we’re looking for a dynamic Outreach Strategy Volunteer to join the effort.

If you’re an enthusiastic UK-based member with a day a week to spare, this is a chance to make a real impact on the future of SCD.

What the Role Involves

You’ll help shape how we reach new communities, connect with groups who haven’t yet encountered Scottish Country Dancing, and bring fresh ideas to our promotional efforts. You’ll collaborate closely with the team at Coates Crescent and fellow volunteers to turn big ideas into meaningful action.

Who We’re Looking For
• Someone who knows and cares about the RSCDS
• A people-person who enjoys building connections
• A member who understands the broader cultural and social landscape
• A confident communicator with solid IT and social media skills
• A positive, proactive team player

Why Get Involved?
This is a chance to use your knowledge, creativity, and energy to help the RSCDS grow. You’ll meet new people, develop new skills, and help bring Scottish Country Dancing to individuals and communities who will truly benefit from it.

If this sounds like you—or someone you know—please get in touch at [email protected]. Let’s work together to share the joy of Scottish Country Dancing more widely than ever.
