A weekend of dancing and discussion
The Autumn Gathering provides an opportunity for dancers from across the world to gather over a weekend at the Kelvin Hall in Glasgow, Scotland. The weekend programme includes general classes, presentations and discussion forums. Whether attending as delegates or spectators, all attendees can enjoy the social events which surround the business of the AGM ahead of Saturday evening’s grand Ball!

Tickets are due to go on sale very soon. Click the blue "Book now" button to book online and select your preferred options.
Please do NOT attend if you have received a positive Covid test result or have been instructed by the NHS to self-isolate in the days prior to Autumn Gathering. If this occurs then a full refund for any purchased event ticket(s) will be provided, on receipt of proof, by emailing info@rscds.org.
All Covid rules and restrictions have been lifted in Scotland, but the virus has not gone away so please use 'Covid sense' to help protect yourself and others
Whilst vaccination is strongly encouraged, it is not mandatory for this event. Hand sanitisers will be made available at the venue.

If you wish to request a refund for 2022 Autumn Gathering event tickets, then please note that the Society charges a one off administration charge of £10 per attendee to cover refund costs.
If, due to circumstances outside our control, we are required to cancel the 2022 Autumn Gathering event then we will inform all ticket buyers and a full refund will be provided. The Royal Scottish Country Dance Society shall assume no liability for any losses resulting from individual hotel bookings or pre-booked travel. Please check your personal travel insurance policy.
If you have received a positive COVID test result or have been instructed by the NHS to self-isolate then a full refund for any purchased event ticket(s) will be provided, on receipt of proof. Please email us at info@rscds.org.
Please let us know if you would instead prefer to donate your ticket money to the Society if any of the above circumstances apply.
The 93rd AGM will take place at 2pm on Saturday 5 November 2022 in Kelvin Hall.
