The role of RSCDS Music Director has grown in scope since the original role was created while embracing the demands of changing technology. The Management Board are looking to appoint a successor to work with the current Music Director, Luke Brady, and the team on redefining the remit, to review musical activities and their delivery, and to scope future opportunities. Appointing by July 2024 will optimise the possibility of shadowing to understand the current workload and contribute fully to the role review.
In line with the Board’s policy review for all terms of office for appointed posts, the Music Director would then serve for three years.
