Dementia Awareness training

12 Coates Crescent

The Royal Scottish Country Dance Society has been working with Julie Turner of Age Scotland to develop Dementia Awareness training to ensure that we are delivering inclusive, friendly and safe classes for everyone.

Following on from the success of workshops in Scotland, with constructive feedback from participants, we would like to extend the pilot for another year to include the whole of the UK.

The date for the next workshop is Saturday, 9th November, 10am to 1pm, delivered via Zoom.  A maximum of 16 places are available and we are requesting that you liaise with your Branch to propose just one member to ensure we get as wide a spread of participants, countrywide.
