Full Swing: Adelaide Fringe Ceilidhs return in 2026

After such an enthusiastic response last year, the Adelaide Fringe Ceilidh will return in February–March 2026, bigger, bolder, and ready to welcome even more dancers. Whether you missed out last year or are already counting down to your next dance, 2026 is your chance to be part of it. 

And this year we will be doubling the fun: Sunday 22 February 2026  and Sunday 22 March 2026. The Adelaide & Districts Branch will again partner with the Adelaide Ceilidh Band for high energy live  music at the Adelaide Irish Club - the perfect venue. 

We encourage newcomers to bring their sense of fun and a willingness to jump in. Come to Adelaide on your own, bring friends, or make new ones on the dance floor. It’s the perfect way to experience live music, movement, and community spirit, Fringe-style.  Adelaide Fringe is Australia's biggest arts festival and is the world's second-largest annual arts festival (after the Edinburgh Festival Fringe). 

So mark your calendars, dust off your dancing shoes (flat ones will do!), and get ready to step into one of the most joyful events of the Adelaide Fringe.
