Oxfordshire Branch host Day School

Oxfordshire Day School

The Oxfordshire Branch held its annual Day School and Dance in February, and was delighted to welcome as teachers RSCDS Chair Gary Coull to his first day school in England, as well as the current Summer School Director, Fiona Mackie. They were joined by Alice Stainer, who taught the beginners' class before heading up to Pitlochry to teach at Winter School.

Nearly 80 dancers took classes at Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced levels, dancing to music by Ken Martlew, Jeremy Hill, and Barbara Manning. More dancers came in the evening to dance to some fantastic music by Strathallan, and the hall was filled with happy, smiling faces.
