Vernon Scottish Country Dancers host 25th annual workshop

Vernon Scottish country dancers

For over 30 years, the Affiliate group of the RSCDS in Vernon, British Columbia has been enjoying Scottish country dancing and this year, on 28th April, they hosted their 25th Annual Workshop at Paddlewheel Hall on beautiful Okanagan Lake.

60 dancers from around BC and Alberta thoroughly enjoyed three workshop sessions very ably taught by Louise McGillivray from Victoria. These were followed by a lively dance. Accordionist, Mary Ross, also from Victoria, supplied us with her wonderful music for the whole day.
